Can’t all informed members of the Republic agree that the 42% of the population on the left side of the graph above should be disenfranchised? Disenfranchising them would be really easy since, apparently, these people wouldn’t even be aware of the fact that they had been disenfranchised. They may not even know that they can vote now, but we can’t take the chance that one of them might accidentally wander into a school on Election Day and cast a ballot.
